Olamiji Martins, Esq. is a distinguished legal practitioner, corporate strategist, and risk management expert serving as the Senior Partner & Chief Legal Risk Adviser at Marvic Alpha Legal Practitioners. With over a decade of legal practice, he has established a reputation for navigating high-stakes appellate litigation, cross-border transactions, and complex corporate governance frameworks. Combining deep courtroom experience with professional certifications in Project Management (PMP) and Risk Management (mCRMI), Olamiji brings an interdisciplinary, solution-driven approach to legal advisory. He serves as trusted counsel to blue-chip multinational corporations, financial institutions, government entities, high-net-worth individuals, and premier trade and community organizations.
His practice encompasses appellate and high-stakes commercial litigation, with an extensive track record in landmark litigation before the Court of Appeal and superior courts of record. He is also a specialist in corporate advisory and cross-border transactions, including multi-jurisdictional contract structuring, investment feasibility, and foreign direct investment guidance. His expertise extends to legal risk management and compliance, advanced risk identification, regulatory engagement, and mitigation strategies for financial, maritime, and corporate entities. He advises on maritime and infrastructure law, including charter parties, joint ventures, regulatory compliance involving NIMASA and NPA, and maritime contracts. He also provides representation and advisory services in media, chieftaincy, and public sector governance, including representation of public figures, media platforms, and political organizations.
As Senior Partner & Chief Legal Risk Adviser at Marvic Alpha Legal Practitioners, he directs the firm's strategic legal risk advisory and commercial practice groups. He has successfully managed reported appellate cases, including Deacon Samson Segun Olalere v. Dr. Victor Ike Oye & Anor (2017) LPELR-43262(CA) and Ayodele Adesanya v. Al-Hayat Microfinance Bank Ltd & Anor (2024) LPELR-62877(CA). He has led high-value banking negotiations, successfully resolving corporate account freezes exceeding ₦2 Billion across tier-1 Nigerian banks. He has also formulated cross-border investment and construction risk appraisals in West Africa, including projects in the Benin Republic, as well as real estate feasibility studies.
As Country Legal Counsel to Seagull Maritime Nigeria, he oversees primary legal operations, risk management, and corporate governance for maritime operations. He drafts, negotiates, and structures joint venture agreements, charter parties, and bills of lading involving key global and domestic industry stakeholders, while managing regulatory liaison with the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) and the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA).
His key legal and retained advisory roles include serving as National Legal Adviser to the Ijebu-Ode Grammar School Old Boys' Association (JOGSOBA) National Executive Council; Country Legal Counsel to Seagull Maritime Nigeria and Senator Abiola Ajimobi Foundation (SAAF); Personal Legal Counsel to Chief Bayo Adelabu OFR, Former Honourable Minister of Power; Personal Legal Counsel to Amb. Adedayo is an astute, highly motivated, and versatile legal practitioner with extensive experience in legal practice, oil and gas, revenue administration, taxation, corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, mediation, and arbitration. He possesses strong analytical and strategic capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to provide sound legal advice and practical solutions on complex and high-value matters.
He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Abuja, having earlier obtained a Diploma in Common Law in 2007. He was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar and commenced his professional career as an extern at the renowned law firm of Mallam Yusuf Olaolu Ali, SAN (Ghalib Chambers), where he gained valuable exposure to sophisticated legal practice and litigation.
Following his early years in private practice, Adedayo served as a State Counsel at the Ministry of Justice, Nasarawa State, where he handled a broad range of civil and criminal matters, including several novel and challenging cases. His experience at the Ministry further strengthened his capacity in litigation, legal research, advocacy, and public-sector legal practice.
Adedayo also has significant experience in legal education and professional development. He served as a Lecturer of Law at the Pan African Institute of Paralegal Studies, Abuja, where he taught Corporate Law, Paralegalism, and Property Law. He subsequently worked as Counsel at Jide Olakanmi & Co. (Panaf Chambers) and later served as Director of Research and Publications at Panaf, an Abuja-based publishing organisation, where he was involved in legal research, publication, editorial development, and professional knowledge dissemination.
He later transitioned into corporate and revenue consultancy, serving as Senior Legal Executive at Firstpecker Moxie Nigeria Limited, where he provided legal and strategic advisory services to the Oyo State Government on revenue administration, taxation, financial regulatory compliance, corporate transactions, and due diligence.
In that capacity, Adedayo played a significant role in liaising between the company, the Oyo State Government, and major multinational corporations on taxation and revenue-related matters. His professional engagements included interactions with prominent organisations such as British American Tobacco, Nigerian Breweries, Nigerian Bottling Company, and other leading corporate entities. This experience has given him considerable insight into taxation, revenue management, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and public-private sector engagements.
Adedayo is also experienced in Mediation and Arbitration, with a strong appreciation of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and their application in resolving complex commercial and institutional disputes.
His public-sector experience includes his service as Principal Private Secretary (PPS) and Executive Assistant to His Excellency, the immediate former Governor of Oyo State, Late Senator Abiola Ajimobi. In that capacity, he was entrusted with highly sensitive, personal, confidential, and government-related responsibilities, requiring a high degree of discretion, integrity, sound judgment, and administrative competence. His service at the highest level of the Oyo State Government provided him with invaluable insight into governance, public administration, policy implementation, executive decision-making, and government-business relations.
Following the passing of Senator Abiola Ajimobi, Adedayo became Chief Legal Adviser to the Senator Abiola Ajimobi Foundation, an organisation established to preserve and advance the legacy, values, and ideals of the former Governor.
He is a Member of the Chartered Risk Management Institute and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, reflecting his continued commitment to multidisciplinary professional development and the intersection of law, risk management, finance, and corporate governance.

She is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University who has a penchant for legal jurisprudence. She is meticulous and pays keen attention to the essence of law and the purpose it serves to humanity. She was called to the largest Bar in Africa, 2017 and since then, she has been in active legal practice
Ibukunoluwa is also an Alumnus of University of Ibadan where she bagged Master in Law (LL.M).
She also served in Nigerian public sector as the State Counsel in Kwara State Ministry of Justice; Mediator in Oyo State Multidoor Court House, Ibadan where she utilised her skills in Mediation and Concilliation.
She is a Dispute Resolution Specialist having been specially trained in the act of alternative dispute resolution. She is also an Associate member of Institute of Chattered Mediator and Conciliators (ICMC) ; Member, Chattered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).

Prior to joining Marvic Alpha LP, Oluwaseyifunmi gained valuable experience across commercial litigation, corporate advisory, internal audit control, risk management, and estate administration.
